Blainedor shall by no means share the information acquired from Membership forms with third persons, except for the purposes mentioned in the Contract.
Blainedor does not share these information with third Persons other than this purpose except the e-mail addresses and the personal details requested at Membership forms, during the interpretation of the act and preferences of visitors monitored in the course of site usage.
These statistical data not including personal details may be shared with the business partners of Blainedor in order to cause Blainedor customers experience a more special and efficient shopping.
Member details can be disclosed to official authorities only upon the duly request of these information by public organisation and institutions such as prosecution office, courts, enforcement office and official authorities such as independent audit organisations. If member wishes to unsubscribe from the e- mail list, he has approved , he can unsubscribe from membership of e- bulletin by clicking the link of “Please click in order to be unsubscribed from our e- bulletin list” at the e- mail sent by Blainedor.
The credit card details requested at the payment page, are by no means kept at the servers of Blainedor or the companies, providing service thereto, in order to keep the safety of the Member, shopping from the site, at the highest level. All of the proceedings with respect to the payment in this way do not have any function other than its realization via the interface of Blainedor between bank and the computer of Member.
Besides, ‘’Secure Sockets Layer’’ (SSL) technology is being used in Blainedor. The highest level protection is provided by encoding the personal details of the Member by 128 bit SSL certificate.
